Enjoy passing ships and stunning sunrises and sunsets from your doorstep, while relaxing with a flat-screen TV and Keurig coffee maker. This non-smoking cottage also has a pullout couch for extra guests, ensuring a comfortable stay for all.

Relax in this open-concept living and dining area with stunning views of the St. Lawrence River. The full kitchen includes a coffee/Keurig combo, toaster, and blender. Sleep soundly in the king bed with USB port lamps. Savor morning coffee on the deck while enjoying panoramic views. The unit also has a 3-piece washroom with a spacious shower. The Upper Boat House is your perfect retreat for observing ships, sunsets, and sunrises.

The kitchen and cozy living room with a 52" flat-screen TV provide comfort, along with two 3-piece washrooms and air conditioning. Two spacious outdoor decks enhance riverside activities, sunsets, and views of freighters.


As the largest cottage, it accommodates families or groups, featuring a king bedroom with a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV, and air conditioning for privacy. With 3 king beds, 1 queen, and 1 twin bed, it is non-smoking and fits up to 10 people comfortably.
