Family-owned and operated in Clayton, NY, on the St. Lawrence River.
Offering unobstructed views of the river and passing freighters.
Dockage & Launch Ramp:
Dockage is available on the premises. Please reserve dockage prior to your arrival.
Launch ramp available for use.
Cottages & Amenities:
Cottages feature full kitchens equipped with:
Full-size appliances
Pots, pans, dishes, and utensils
Outdoor gas barbecue grills (propane provided)
Freshly made beds upon arrival.
Bring your own towels and paper products.
Housekeeping cottages: We are NOT a motel/hotel.
You are expected to leave the cottage in the same condition as upon arrival.
Cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience.
Housekeeping service is available for an additional fee (must be arranged in advance).
Boat Rentals:
Pontoon Boat Rentals and Kayak Rentals are available.
Reservations for pontoon boats are highly recommended due to limited availability.
Pets:
Certain cottages are pet-friendly. Prior approval is required before booking or bringing a pet.
Contact us directly via text, phone, or email for a copy of our pet policy.
Pets must weigh under 15 pounds.
Height and weight restrictions apply to pets.
Smoking Policy:
Non-smoking facility: No smoking is allowed inside cottages, outbuildings, or surrounding areas.
Designated smoking area available.
Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
For arrivals outside of these hours, please call or text 585-303-7696 to make check-in arrangements.
Check-out: 9:00 AM
Late check-out may be arranged upon request.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds for nightly or weekly rentals will be issued only if the cottage is re-rented to another party.
No refunds for early departure or late arrival.
Deposit & Payment:
Accepted payment methods: Checks, money orders, VENMO, or ACH payments.
Deposit:
50% deposit due at the time of reservation for multiple-night stays.
Full payment due on arrival.
One-night stays (when available) must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
Credit Card Security:
Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.
